the total to the chart below. Secondly, find the average score of the group by adding the multiple
scores up and dividing them by the amount of surveys taken.

Scores between (0 – 40) reveal that this ministry is basically dead; however, there can be hope of a
resurrection if the ministry team is willing to work for it.
Scores between (41 – 65) reveal that this ministry is un-healthy and is in the process of dying; however,
life still remains.
Scores between (66 – 90) reveal that this ministry is lukewarm and stable; however, Jesus reminds us
about what he thinks of Lukewarmness.
Scores between (91 – 115) reveal that this ministry is healthy and growing at a slow pace;
consequently, this ministry will have an increase in spiritual warfare.
Scores between (116 – 140) reveal that this ministry is missional and experiencing rapid growth;
however, the team must remain humble and figure out how remain at this level.
